Sir Rodric Braithwaite came to Vienna in 1951 as an 18 year old conscript in the British army. He worked at a secret listening station at the Aspang Bahnhof.
Together with Angela Allen he was a source for Karina’s novel Das Haus am Gordon Place, which will be published in English under the title Vienna’48.
